Juicing

"LEMONADE"

• 5 medium apples, peeled and quartered
• 1/2 large lemon (add to taste)
• 1/2 large cucumber
• 1 cup fresh kale, washed with stems removed & discarded

DETOXIFIER

• 2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled & quartered
• 1/2 medium lemon, halved
• 1/2 cucumber
• 2 celery stalks, halved
• 1 inch cut of ginger

Run each through the juicer, stir finished juice, serve & drink quickly (so you don't lose any key nutrients to oxidation).
